This section is devoted to helping you, the retail customer, find a quality contractor at a fair price that will give you a fair estimate, call you back when he says he will, show up when he says he will, and complete the work required in a timely and very professional manner.
Please use these contractors and e-mail me with your comments on their performance. Also, please be advised that these companies do pay a fee to be listed in our service guide.
As always we recommend for you to obtain at least three estimates for all projects.

Please note these contractors are listed under counties, however, if you are out of Monroe County and a business isn't listed in your county, check out the businesses in 'Monroe County' and give them a call. Chances are they go to other counties.

I strongly urge you to ask all contractors before you hire them if they aspire and conform to the following code of ethics. Print this out and work from it as you talk to prespective service providers:

We take responsibility for everything contained in our warranties, and endeavor to fix any problems which arise promptly. We treat our customers in a respectful and professional manner. This includes timely call-backs, keeping of appointments and fulfilling all promises made. We protect the customer's property from damage during the course of all jobs, and we leave the work site as clean as we found it. We do everything we can to complete all work within a reasonable time. Any downtime has specific explanations, and is agreed upon in advance with the customer.
