Hi Jim, I just wanted to let you know about the great experience I had with one of your advertisers, Gatti Plumbing. I called them this morning when I noticed that my toilet was leaking from between the tank and bowl. I called at 11:30 AM. They had a plumber at my house by 2:25 PM, a nice man named Mike Schulz, who fixed my good old 1978 toilet in an hour, and also replaced the supply line because the old nut connecting it to the toilet broke. The whole job, tax included, cost me only $136, which was less than I expected. I am very happy with the experience I had with them and I will definitely be calling them back for any future problems that may come up. And they will come up because this is an 1890's house that still has some old galvanized plumbing! I heard about Gatti on your Home Repair Clinic, which I listen to every Saturday and Sunday morning. I've learned quite a bit from your show. And your partner John Carr is right- you have to have a toilet with a "good sit". My old toilet has a good sit, and I'm glad I was able to get it fixed!
