This section is devoted to helping you, the customer, find a quality contractor in the Rochester, NY area at a fair price that will give you a fair estimate, call you back when he says he will, show up when he says he will, and complete the contracted work required in a timely and very professional manner.

Please note these contractors are listed under counties in the Rochester, New York area. However, if you are outside of Monroe County and a business isn't listed in your county, check out the businesses in 'Monroe County' and give them a call. Chances are they do contract work outside the county.

I strongly urge you to ask all contractors before you hire them if they aspire and conform to the following code of ethics. Print this out and work from it as you talk to perspective service providers about home repair and improvement projects, no matter how small.

We do everything we can to complete all work within a reasonable time. Any downtime has specific explanations, and is agreed upon in advance with the customer.

We treat all of our suppliers fairly, and pay them in a timely manner as agreed.
