Once you call and open a file with National Fire Adjusters (NFA), a representative will come out and inspect your loss site. They will take pictures, too. Then, there is an evaluation of the loss by you to the estimator. Details are collected on the contents. An estimate of value is then prepared and the claim is prepared, too. After submission of your claim to the insurance company, NFA monitors the status and works with the insurance company to clear any discrepancies in your claim submission. Settlement is not processed without your approval.
