2. Soak coffee pots and stained mugs in a vinegar and water mixture for an hour or so then wipe the stains away and wash them clean.
3. Clear a sluggish drain by pouring a 1/2 cup of baking soda into it, followed by 1 cup of vinegar. When the bubbling stops flush the drain with hot water. Wait five to ten minutes and flush again with cold water.
4. Clean and Remove built-up soap residue in the dishwasher by pouring 1 cup of vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher tub and then run it through a cycle without any dishes.
And to make the guys happy...
5. Renew rusty tools, screws and bolts by soaking them in full strength vinegar. They may require several days of soaking but it will dissipate the rust. When it does, rinse and dry them well.

If you’re experiencing clogged drain tile, contact Waters Basement Services to have a camera inspection of your drain tile. Waters Basement Services, Inc. services the Buffalo & Rochester NY areas. A drainage camera is very useful in helping to determine if your drain tile needs cleaning, is plugged, or filled with tree roots and must have new drain tile installed. The camera provides a view of the drain tile, (on a small TV screen) locating any tree root intrusions, breaks, plugs/blockages or other common problems. Having a drain camera inspection allows the homeowner to understand what potential issues may arise, or if they need to address a problem immediately. The best way to determine the condition of your drain tile is by a camera inspection.
Waters Basement Services is a company you can trust and they WON'T quote you an outrageous amount to repair your wet basement, drainage, etc. issues.
